Privacy notice

Enquiries

If you use the quote form or the contact form, we store the details you submit: your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to include, such as a telephone number, organisation, location and message. We also store the time of the enquiry, and the IP address and browser type of the connection, so we can limit automated submissions.

We use those details to reply to you and, where you asked for one, to prepare a quote. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We keep enquiry records for up to two years so we can deal with the request and keep a note of what was asked. You can ask us to delete them sooner. We will do that unless we have to keep a record for a legal reason.

Cookies

This site sets one first-party cookie, named KERBSIGHT. It keeps a session open so the forms can be protected against cross-site forgery. It is not an analytics cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics services.

The cookie is HTTP-only. On an HTTPS connection it is also marked secure. It is discarded when you close the browser.

Maps

Pages that include a map load map images from OpenStreetMap. Your browser requests those images directly from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Their privacy policy is on the OpenStreetMap wiki. The sample map on this site uses a demonstration pin, not a customer location.

Access

You can ask for a copy of the enquiry details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing kerbsight@cliqto.com.
